Ground floor
Living room with large open kitchen with direct access to the terrace. (TV, DVD, fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, two electric ovens, gas stove (6 burner), kettle. Utility room, toilet. Finally, 1 bedroom 25 m2 with bed 160 x 200. Bathroom, toilet.
1st floor
1 bedroom 25 m2 with bed 160 x 200 and bathroom, 1 bedroom 17 m2 with bed 160 x 200 and one dormitory with 3 bunk beds 90 x 190. Bathroom and toilet.
The outside of Villa Labelle
In the garden behind Labelle is a beautiful and fully enclosed private swimming pool (10 x 5 with slide). There are games for children such as a swing, badminton court, and plenty of space to play football. The large terrace at the rear has a direct access to the kitchen. Of course there are enough parasols and lounge chairs.
Labelle is centrally located so that the beautiful places as Gourdon, Sarlat and La Roque Gageac are within reach. The distance to the Dordogne River is 10 km.
